How to register:
Applications start on September 24th 2023, and the deadline for submission of applications is October 23th, 2023.
Candidate chooses either “Active” or “Passive” box and clicks on “Register” which leads to the application form.
In the application form Active candidate should write down the names of 5 professors in the order of his/hers preference. Depending on the priority of the application’s arrival and the available schedule of the professors, festival committee will chose 2 professors with whom the candidate will have lessons. By sending the application the candidate agrees on these terms and conditions.
Participants who want to take part in the competition must be either Active or Passive Candidates
After sending the application form candidate will get the confirmation e-mail. Note that if you don’t get a confirmation e mail in 2 days you should write to guitarunitedfest@gmail.com!
After that candidate should pay 50% of the total amount of the registration fee on the account:

Svrha (Purpose): Kotizacija za Guitar United Fest (note whether it’s for the active or passive candidate and full candidate’s name and surname). Korisnik (Beneficiary): Udruženje građana za promociju i razvoj muzičke umjetnosti “GuitArt” Hilandarska br. 30, 71123 Istočno Sarajevo.
The rest of the registration fee should be paid in cash at Festival desk on the first day of the festival.
* Candidates from countries outside of Bosnia and Herzegovina should contact festival secretary on guitarunitedfest@gmail.com and will be given instructions for the payment related to the country that they are coming from.
** Application is considered complete only when both the application form and the payment receipt has been mailed and received!
*** Total number of Active Candidates is limited to 45. Depending on the priority of the application’s arrival and the available schedule of the professors, festival committee will chose 2 professors with whom the candidate will have lessons.
